The hotel was clean with extremely friendly staff with the same staff member.

The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff was brilliantly helpful. The central setting in the sand from the hurricane was unique and interesting. The hotel's location allowed for a short walk to the Mega mall, the "fancy" restaurant, and other areas.

Great location 🏖️! The hotel is conveniently situated right by the beach, which is also not far from the airport and other attractions within the resort. My room was on the second floor, it was brand new and very well-maintained.

Unbeatable, nice location in Zona Hotelera district right by the ocean and all the eating areas. Located away from the busy streets.

The breakfast spread is delicious and satisfying, and guests can enjoy stunning views from select room balconies. The facilities, such as the pool and stage area, are well-designed and add to the overall experience.

The nightly noise from the loud bands may be a bit overwhelming for older couples, especially during special events like St Patrick's Day. The noise level can make it difficult to have a peaceful and quiet evening.

The views were amazing and the drinks were great; I really loved the poolside bar, and the service here was top-notch, no complaints at all! ❤

The buffet lunch for breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. Very varied. The attention of the staff is phenomenal. Too kind.

I had brand-new, good sized room complete with patio, a king bed plus ac.

Fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, decent meat selections and fish at the buffet. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. Cool activities. Nice pools, bars, and beaches. Variety of daily meal service. Wonderful lobby bartender and helpful waiter at Luna. Kind and helpful staff. Great housekeeping staff.
